Stossel voiced his displeasure that the election betting website PredictIt will be shut down due to an FTC order. Although I don't trust bettors (and won't waste time watching the odds change), people should be free to do things at their own risk, as long as they accept their own responsibility.
Besides, the 2024 presidential election will be rigged again (and future ones as well). Trump and DeSantis stand a chance against Xiden, but neither stand a chance against voter fraud. And these betting websites won't take that into account.
I don't get the hype. As I said before, our elections are completely broken. So the same issues will happen again unless we do things like ban mail-in ballots, return to paper only, one vote per person, etc.
In the end, Stossel said "it would be a much better world if government would mostly leave us alone!" Exactly!
And pride goes before the fall. Reality wins every time (referring to Trump's massive rallies).

Nikki Haley is trying to pull a fast one on Trump. She knows she doesn't stand a snowball's chance of beating former Pres. Trump so she is getting clever and dragging in age and cognitive tests and other BS ideas. I don't see Haley as anything other than an opportunist RINO. She knows her suggestions for being a presidential candidate would include former president Trump and she feels she would do much better if all those were implemented. I do not like her and certainly do not trust her. The biggest complaint I have with Donald Trump is his BIG MOUTH! He was an awesome president, accomplished wonderful things for the country (even with all the distractions and adversities he faced) and I was extremely proud of him. He had the last election stolen by corrupt POS and I worry the elections have been so dirty that elections could continue to be stolen. I fear our country is in big trouble.
BUT I WILL NEVER VOTE FOR NIKKI HALEY!!

And Soros endorsed DeSantis too. Possibly to start the chaos and make both Trump and DeSantis lose. What an evil guy Soros is.

So far she has been tempered in her approach to addressing Trump's weaknesses as a candidate.

One of those globalist organizations, eh? UI'll admit it's a blank spot in my knowledge of such things. Are they run by...people of questionable character? heh Such endorsements can also be attempts to sew division between people. Sometimes competitors unite to form an alliance (Trump at the top of the ticket and Haley as VP). Stranger things have happened in the world of politics.

Don't get me wrong, I'll still vote for Trump or DeSantis (whichever one gets nominated, but not a RINO like Haley or Pence). But I don't understand why some forget that the election system is still broken (unless it gets fixed, of course). Reality is still reality.
I'll just vote as an Independent Libertarian from now on, not as a Republican. Too many RINOS and traitors exists. If anything else, I'd rather vote for real Gov. Kari Lake as president instead (not running for president of course).
I wonder when will betrayals and double-crossings not be tolerated any longer.
Some people are in the race for selfish reasons.
The real opponents are the broken election system and the globalists destroying the world, not Xiden. He's merely a shadow puppet for the real enemies.
If Trump can't beat either of those, then I don't know who will save us.
I guess we really are on our own, as I suspected a few months ago.
And John Stossel appears to be a traitor himself as well (called people selfish for rightfully refusing the lethal COVID vaccine). I wonder why!

Even Buckminster Fuller, the consummate polymath (an architect/inventor of the last century) got fooled by largely dishonest so-called "peers" who sold him a bill of goods on AGW that he believed because he never dreamed these people would lie to him about their "evidence" (they did, BIGTIME). He got fooled into believing in AGW back in 1981. Then when Algore lost his election and his mind at the same time, the secular-yet- religious ecoparanoia movement was born.

And I mean "follow" as in where you get your news and information from, including independent journalists. Don't get me wrong. I like John Stossel, but he's not perfect. I'm sure that he has been promoting election betting odds because of the potential to make money. Are they better predictors of an election outcome? Not necessarily. My biggest beef with Stossel is that he called people selfish for refusing to take the COVID vaccine, even when people have died from taking the vaccine already. He doesn't report that. His biased reporting of the vaccine spoiled his reputation as a better journalist with fair and balanced coverage. I don't think he was lied to about the vaccine. I think he knew what he was doing. Anyways, Stossel is still one of the better journalists we have now. At least, he stands for freedom and called out liberal hypocrisy. But after hearing things I don't like, I've learned to not always spontaneously agree with him. I think people should have their own opinions and judge for themselves. I found myself agreeing too much with Stossel and not thinking about what others might say.
