I wish Barry Hirsh were here to explain. 

It's strange that everything predicted by Michael Crichton about how the ACFs would produce a crisis for every situation in which their (Marxist) designs are frustrated by the Rule of Law, in order to concoct some bogus "emergency" to bypass due process. 

Communists in Russia and elsewhere used this method to avoid returning power to the People under their dominion for the better part of a century. Then, every week there was a new (or multiple new) crises being announced by the government giving them (retaining) power to suspend the Rule of Law. 

The 'Crats are obviously hoping that people get used to being oppressed and having their Constitutional liberties denuded and will then stop complaining at some point.
