It seems like choices in banking vendors are limited these days.

Anyone knows a decent alternative to big bank vendors? Preferably one with many branch locations around the US, but doesn't hold certain biases towards customers' views.

I wished there were plenty of credit unions or small banks, but location makes it hard to find one.

The only good one I know is BECU (Boeing Employees' Credit Union), but alas, I don't live in Washington State anymore (for now).

It's too bad that major banks have the power to withhold funds from your account for any reason (yes, even political views count as a legitimate reason). That's what scares me. What happened to the truckers in Canada is a perfect example of this.
