Xiden was compromised well before he was installed as dictator. This could well be foreshadowing into something far more sinister.

All I see is that the O'Xiden regime at the time were planning to leak some info to China, and probably more unheard of evil things back then.

I'm beginning to think these are false flag events. Either way, they don't care how bad it looks if they have control of the elections.
