Even they article says
"National Change of Address Database, NCOA, will not pick up those address changes.  They didn’t happen because there is no history."

This is just another theory with no evidence. Could it be true? maybe. Any way to show it? No.

deleted names and addresses are from the Republican Party.  We also have video of them harvesting ballots not knowing where the ballots came from.
