Marxists have always envied the military's power to enforce conformity to correct thought/expression above all other considerations. In the military it is a requirement, but not in the private sector.
A desire for complete control is sickness of the mind. To achieve mastery (the ultimate goal of seeking control) requires the ability to know the practical limits of control.
Such a sophisticated concept is far beyond the grasp of virtually all Marxists or their adjuncts (self-described "liberals").
