A question that has been around a long time and keeps coming up.
The answer in the article is:

All
that being said either load ’em and store ’em or leave them unloaded
until needed. Rotating them, load then unload, only adds unneeded
fatigue.

Thanks. I was not clear on that either, so I always kept mine loaded but not at full capacity.
