I think one popped up after decades of doing business in Austin (which is the San Francisco of Texas). Several in New Orleans and surrounding bayou. The Grim Sleeper was L.A. and S.F-based as I recall. I'm not sure this is just a coincidence or random correlation. It seems purposeful. 

One of the biggest problems with 'Crats is that they are emotionally weak - they are so insecure about their self esteem/worth that they universally feel their self confidence could not possibly stand a hit like admitting the political beliefs they have espoused since they were in red diapers, are BULLSHIT!! So they choose denial, self deception, rationalization. Every impression is swiftly jammed through their cerebral cortex to be twisted into something that fits their emotional needs to be correct about everything.

Weak people refuse to admit error, which explains a lot about why 'Crats never do.
