That is nonsense because a genuine conservative would not commonly be arrested in a normal environment and since most conservatives I have known were too respectful of law to casually break it. The rejoinder quote ignores context - in a fascist, Statist society, a conservative is as were the Founders, people who are not afraid of being arrested if they believe the Statists are the ones acting unlawfully!!
