The SCOTUS striking down AA took me by surprise because I'd lost track of the docket schedule - not because they ruled according to the law. That this ruling was even debatable in the core criteria is to some degree troubling. Reverse-racism is unconstitutional. Duh. 

How many generations will it be before the ACFs come around again to the same realization that Martin Luther King did !?! It took the retarded Russians nearly three generations to figure out that Communism sucked.
