Yeah, Oligarchs always seem to be Russian. I've never heard of an Irish Oligarch, or a Jamaican Oligarch.

There may be an American Oligarch hidden somewhere behind the "Biden" descriptor. We really don't know who "Biden" is, but we know it sure as hell isn't Sleepy Joe.
