Will my gun magazines be damaged if I leave them fully loaded for a long time?

A question that has been around a long time and keeps coming up.
The answer in the article is:

All
that being said either load ’em and store ’em or leave them unloaded
until needed. Rotating them, load then unload, only adds unneeded
fatigue.
