Proof that sometimes relying on the legal system is a waste of effort.

There you go. A corrupted judge ruled against Kari Lake, even if she presented solid proof of election problems in Malicecopa County.

There's no doubt things will be going downhill from there. Arizona is doomed without Kari Lake and the other three. I doubt appealing will work.

Kari is appealing. Much more information has come forth and hopefully she can use the new info. If not, GOP will never win another election. That judge claimed everything was screwed up and they made huge mistakes but didn't do it intentionally. Only

proves what a goof he is. When 72 polling places are out of order, that should be enough to warrant another election in Maricopa County. A judge in Georgia ordered an election in a single county just a day or so ago. Kari won the day in the other counties and registered Republicans in Maricopa are 5-2.

It truly was a fraudulent election. Watch Hamadeh's race. They recounted one county and he picked up several hundred votes. A judge stepped in and declared Mayes the winner! Hamden was 290 votes behind after the recount. When the numbers are that great, another look is supposed to be taken in other counties.

I hope the appeal works. Otherwise I'm expecting the worst next year.

Even if Kari Lake wins, it wouldn't be better without Hamadeh, Masters, and Finchem too.

So far, we're ending the year on a whimper with completely exhausted and frustrated citizens.

Legalisms plague the modern day.

But that is not always the fault of the adjudicators. Violation of election laws are sort of like a murder charge that has a one month statute of limitations. Unless some group has standing to halt the process of certification, violations become moot for adjudication and are therefore shoved into the political sector.

Judges don't generally possess the authority to issue injunctions against certifying election results  - not because of the merits (facts) but because of procedural limits on their authority to act.

Guess there’s no fixing broken elections then.

Not only is Arizona doomed, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, and a few other states are also troubled.

I could see further attempts to use the courts to overturn election results in 2024 and beyond. These efforts are pointless now.

It will just be like the 2020 election all over again. This shouldn’t surprise anyone.
