The axiom goes: There is NOTHING the 'Crats (anti-conservative fanatics) touch which they do not eventually make much worse or ruin utterly.

Any bill they push to passage is majority about various scams to funnel tax money to themselves and their friends.

Foreign policy is the same. And oversight on that is even more lax than internal spending.

The legislation and Ukraine war have nothing to do with aiding the US. It is to aid the politicians.
