The gummint declares one after another, crises - out of control. That they have allowed every situation to get so bad that it is now an emergency seems to me a clear indication that you have another crisis - IN GOVERNMENT!!!Most recently Xiden has declared that Monkey Pox is to be added to the huge, ever-growing list of things under 'Crat management for three years, too long to enumerate and ALL now having been allowed to degenerate into a state of emergency.
Clearly we have a Failure of Government emergency. Under the 'Crats vise-like strangle-hold, government has in many and increasing numbers of cases, become part of the problem or part of the scenery, not part of the solution.

That's a line from the fine film "Ronin" (directed by John Frankenheimer written by David Mamet) in which the character "Sam" (portrayed by Robert De Niro) explains to the others that,"...you're either part of the problem, part of the solution or just part of the scenery."
That line is actually a rescripting of an ancient truism about human nature/leadership inserted into the script by the deeply-educated screenwriter David Mamet or Frankenheimer himself, no doubt.
