This is a land grab IMHO.  They are already talking about 15-minute-cities being created and large multi-resident complexes in Malibu. So much going on before Trump takes office and frankly, I'm concerned about his safety considering the changes he wants to make.

Then there's Romania and the Military industrial complexes move to begin WW3 by building a huge NATO BASE there.
