By using deceptive data-gathering/reporting techniques mayor Karen Bass and her co-conspirators have found a way to basically expand the margin-of-error to more than 5% - so effectively there has either been no change or things have gotten worse but not been correctly accounted for in the more-than 70-thousand homeless in the city. 

Anyone who lives in Lost Angeles already KNOWS the city leaders are lying because they can see the chaos, the destructive, often-fatal consequences of the sanctuary city and defunding-of-law-enforcement policies on the quality of life in the city. 

This fictitious 5% decline (-3,500 from 74,000 previously reported) is more mendacity from the 'Crats, whose every last effort is expended with their allies in the leftist mass media to present the APPERANCE of good governance, while never even making a serious attempt to deliver the thing itself. 

L.A. is a disaster area where homelessness and crime are getting worse every day, not better. The desperation of the 'Crat leaders is blatantly obvious in how they will go to any lengths, including altering public information deliberately to deceive the voters and make them think an out-of-control problem (homelessness/crime associated with illegal immigration and lack of law-enforcement) is actually improving. 

It's not. And business owners (including production companies that make movies/T.V. shows) know it. There is still an ongoing migration of businesses including H-Wood production, OUT of L.A./Mexifornia. 

It will be a long time before the H-Wood money comes back to L.A. because they know BS when they hear it and they can't afford to risk their bottom lines on more 'Crat lies. 

Money continues to leave the state and the liberal cities/counties - people retire out-of-state more and more and businesses too. 

Dull-witted, obvious BS may win the 'Crats elections in Lost Angeles and Mexifornia, but people with money/assets are not so easily fooled and will continue to vote with their feet by leaving.
