If it was a mechanical failure, he may need to fire someone if proper inspections were not done. Those systems are supposed to be checked frequently to verify they are functioning normally. If it was a mechanical failure (part or sub-system) he will have to verify who was responsible for checking them and why they didn't catch the failure. Maybe it was the AE 35 unit. heh |
