Nothing against Gov. Noem at all! I actually wish we have a governor like her or Lake. I just wonder if you have to eat a hamburger each day for the entire month of May. She did say it's "law" to eat a hamburger in the video, which is a big deal.

My concern is that there are those who have health conditions (maybe a doctor's order) that wouldn't allow them to eat hamburgers, or vegans who don't wish to eat one. Some might have religious objections too.

People might get mistakenly punished for breaking that law. What happens if you don't eat a hamburger in South Dakota? Are you legally required to eat hamburgers? That's what I don't get.

Of course, I've never been to South Dakota ever in my whole life. So, I don't know how people over there feel about that.
