Please don't call me Don Quixote - instead, call me Ishmael or anything but awww - you know... I did a fair amount of riding as a teen - 'had friends with a few horses (in Montebello, CA)- rode only bareback, no saddles. I developed strong legs not wanting to fall off. We rode local trails through washes, creek beds, hills - 'let the horses chomp on Mule Fat while we (boys and girls) drank too much vodka. But we did NOT fornicate. And I did NOT fall off my horse (more than a couple of time).

Yet the horse would not tell me its name - I believe it was ashamed of me (drinking to excess at such a young age). 😒
