Let's just say that residents in this particular town near Seattle need to set aside certain views and stop electing officials that are causing public safety issues (or allowing it to happen).

I also think the residents need to accept and share (at least half of) the responsibility for allowing the place to become decayed like Seattle.

The officials are at fault, but voters electing them for "personal reasons" and ignoring potential issues until it becomes a real problem is equally as blameworthy. Until then, the cycle will repeat over and over again.

It's probably the case in Seattle and Chicongo. but what we saw in Arizona was totally attobishihng.
