I have a nook underneath my front porch eves which invited morning doves to build a nest. I ignored it but then noticed that local ravens had ravaged the nest and destroyed whatever might have been there. Yet, morning doves continue to try to nest there every year, so I have to remove the nests before the lay eggs to prevent them from being victimized by observant, hungry ravens every year. I am trying to save them from heartbreak.
