When RINO Ducey first introduced the bill last October or November, it did pass but got HELD UP by the then SOS (Secretary of State). To this day, I think the bill is still being held up. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't consider a bill "passed" until it gets signed into law and goes into effect. Arizona was doomed already when the 2022 midterms likely got stolen.
