In many European countries, some (ethnic) communities are "no-go" zones for law enforcement. It is not unusual for large mobs of socialist media-organized take-overs to occur. Largely and increasingly European cities in England, Belgium, France et al, what are essentially riots take place in areas controlled by Muslims or others. 

Now, such take-overs of communities are taking place in Los Angeles (Compton is south-central L.A.) on a daily basis - causing terror, disorder, destruction to people trying to mind their own business or enjoy life in their own homes/businesses. 

Los Angeles mayor "Yoga-Pants" Garcetti has responded with "restraint" (cowardice) and forbidden cops from arresting anyone at these mob take-overs. 

Garcetti's reasoning of course, is the old fiction used by ACFs* that such events are "non-violent" and therefore do not warrant a strong response from law enforcement. The residents of the community, many terrorized and grotesquely inconvenienced by these mob actions, would disagree. 

The trend of law enforcement being pushed around by large socialist-media organized "non-violent" riots, started in the no-go zones of Europe. Now criminally-inclined cacogens in THIS nation have figured out that they can be lawless and terrorize decent people (which turns them on big time) and that nothing bad will happen to any of them. 

Generally people who enjoy violating laws and deliberately inflicting injury and suffering upon innocent people are known as "wicked" or "anti-social" and actively confronted. Such things are not tolerated in civilized society. That's because the lawlessness and violent, criminal tendencies of these people do not diminish, they INCREASE.

Can I get a "DUH" !?! 

'Crat leaders have not figured this out yet or are ignoring it because they themselves are anti-social (feeling more sympathy toward the mobs than to their victims).
