Skyscrapers Go for Woke

"This gargantuan project, which will be the tallest building in New York
City (and, indeed, the entire western hemisphere) is specifically slated
to be built strictly by black people (oh, and women) and whose tenants will only be “minority entrepreneurs.”

You will notice that the article is written as though the thing is actually gonna happen.  It ain't.  There aren't enough stupid people with enough money to make it happen.  They're trolling for gov't funding.  That ain't gonna happen either.
