The "control" of the Right to Bear Arms belongs to God and the People in that order. The government is subordinate to both. Leftists want the government on top, which is unconstitutional and as you pointed out nicely Primecut, an immutable fact of settled law, not a "talking point" or something subject to "interpretation". I often muse about how the ambition of the far left is to use the Constitution to annihilate itself from existence/power. They want the Constitution to be self-erasing. As if it has a "sunset clause". |
