There can be no ownership, since the the collective wealth owns everything. If you can own things and pass them to family, or anyone, you have removed it from the collective wealth.
As with today, the lazy have enough to live on, but consume virtually all of what they have to do so. Thus they cannot pass along wealth to the next generation and we get a "wealth gap" which is deemed bad and must be confiscated and redistributed. There simply is no way around this unless human nature changes. It has not changed since the beginning of history, it is not going to change now.
