Which SCOTUS? The 5/4 slight conservative lean will be eradicated when seats are added on Jan 22nd 2021. Expect at least 5 more seats to be added, nominated, & confirmed by mid-February. The number of seats can be changed by simple senate & house majority vote. 50/50 senate after the January steal and Harris will be so glad to cast the tie breaker. Biden will choose not to veto & it becomes law. Law that the SCOTUS will not object to with a 9+/5 liberal majority. |
