In that same section Fuller predicted in 1982, long before 2005 that the U.S. government would eventually favor corporations again in any catastrophic failure of what he knew to be a deeply flawed incestuous relationship between big banking, big corporations and the U.S. government.

That was over twenty years before the disgraceful bailout of the sub-prime-lending leveraged-investment banking industry (Goldman Sachs, AIG, et al). The SEC performed an heroic act of (forgive) sexual gratification on those corrupt, evil motherfathers instead of putting their CEOs in prison or executing them for their crimes.
