With few exceptions, I find the quality more-or-less consistent and entirely palatable, and without meaning to sound cliche, most of the differences are due to the year of the crop, not necessarily the source or price of the product.

I don't drink wine for wine's sake, I drink it as a companion to food. I find that that wine compliments the taste of dishes more than any other beverage.
