According to WHO, anyone with Covid, or SUSPECTED Covid that dies is listed as a Covid death, except in the case of traumatic injury (i.e. car accident)
According to the CDC
, the USA had 215,815 deaths in 2017 from
- Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 160,201
- Influenza and Pneumonia: 55,672
Based on the WHO guidelines, all of those would now be counted as Covid deaths. That is 591 per DAY. That is more than half of the Covid deaths daily. Likely many of the cancer, stroke, Alzheimer's and diabetes deaths are also part of the Covid listing.
We don't actually have good data to even know what the true totals are.
