...most often, between one tyrannical government to the next - as happened in the Soviet Union. The People overthrew the tyrannical Tzarist Monarchy and replaced it with the tyrannical Communist Politburo.
There are also other examples such as the aftermath of the French Revolution (Reign of Terror) another typical result of radical revolutionary socialism.
