It could be argued that 1) to prevent the resurrection of ISIS and 2) maintaining fidelity to our promise to the Kurds are strong reasons not to pull out precipitously.

The other side of it is DJT's promise to the American people to get the hell out of stuff that really ain't our bidneh.

To me, this looks like a lose-lose.
