It things go south and instability erupts in allied regions, Bolton would be a great emissary to send as liaison to strategic planners in foreign governments.

Bolton is well-versed in all things military, so he can be helpful to any government that feels insecure and wants to partner with the U.S. Marines in "cleaning up dirty neighborhoods".
