...was fresh-caught running to spawn in upstate New York, jigged out of the creek, fileted on the bank, packed on ice, and ported home to PA.
Slabs 2½ feet long, 3" thick, grilled over charcoal.
Butter. Lotsa butter.
It's gotta be what GOD eats.
