Good doctors never do that casually.
I once read an article by a shrink who almost NEVER prescribed drugs for younger patients (teens) because their brains were still developing. He described the task of prescribing psychotropic medicine for a CNV in a state of dynamic change like "...trying to shoot a bulls-eye on a swinging target with a bow/arrow in the pitch dark." If you hit the target it's an accident.
