"[F]ar more unites us Americans than divides us."
Perhaps, but the thing that divides us can't be surmounted by platitudinous observations of what "unites" us.
America is split in half, and the difference is irreconcilable.
One half has unwavering fealty to the United States. The other half has unwavering fealty to dismantling the United States and replacing it with its antithesis.
In order for both sides to share consensual laughter, they first must put down their (metaphorical) guns, and I don't see that happening.
At any rate, as long as I see them coming to destroy our liberty, I ain't puttin' mine down.
LIBERTY HAS NO EXPIRATION DATEDemocrats wouldn't buy a clue if it was government subsidized.
