He vehemently asserts that he's a "middle-of-the-road" kinda guy, and if you heard the way he indulges leftist wackos on his program, lending them credibility, it'd make you tear your hair out in exasperation.

He visibly entertains their nonsense as worthy of consideration, almost as if he's an ally.

To his credit, he spreads it around; the program's imprimatur is the presentation of non-mainstream stuff*, like the aliens thingy I mentioned in another post. As entertainment goes, that's perfectly OK. But when he legitimizes PETA wackos and the like, as well as Shirley McLaine-esque "new age" channelers and "holistic" gurus and dingbat lefties in general, it's enough to make you wanna vomit.

But the "tell" is, he sees nothing wrong with some regulations on our right to arms. Reliable litmus test, anyone?
