Robert, In 2017 there was a fire that caused the collapse of a bridge on I285, a major highway around Atlanta, Initial investigation and even charges involved three homeless men, but they were all dropped when it was the government's fault. Being homeless is like being black -- you really can't be responsible for anything. Regards.
