BTW, the term "selah" has no precise English equivalent - it's a Hebrew word with an approximate meaning of, "...and so we continue". It's used in song verse to denote one phrase/passage of music t has ended and another is going to begin. 

It first came to my awareness in a popular book by author Hunter Thompson. It was about politics as I recall.
