Looking at the way they have done the Pooh costume, it DOES look a lot like Xi. So it's not surprising the government banned the film (along with all of the other Pooh movies). Like most despotic regimes, they have no sense of humor when it comes to making fun of the Ruling Class.
I have no use for slasher movies, although my housemate enjoys them a lot. If Xi is not big enough to take a few shots like being made fun of by a movie, he is WAAAAY too serious about himself.
