It allows one to regain some perspective. Living well is the best revenge. Do you have any activities/hobbies other than study/discussion of public policy? That is also something encouraged at Right Minds. Discussion of things other than politics. For instance, I am a music lover (all types of music except rap/hip-hop), enjoy literature (all types from classic to SF), a firearms enthusiast, health-food gourmand and charger at windmills.
