Prolly 'cause the Pelosi family asked them not to - they didn't want to feel "watched" I'll bet. It's like that scene in DePalma's Scarface when dozens of assassins sent by cartel head Sosa to exterminate Tony Montana come streaming over the walls of the compound - while the fancy CCTV cameras capture it - but not a sole is watching the monitors.
