The old Marxist/Alinsky trick of declaring a permanent state of emergency to allow leftist government to do everything they want that they could never do otherwise, is wearing thin on the electorate. Some are even catching on to the trick. This makes it very tough on the cacogens - we need to be sensitive to their suffering. (sarc)
