I immediately thought of how Russ et al, railed against the formation of the Homeland Security department especially in regard to the Patriot Act. There are few better advocates for eradicating buffoons like Mayorkas from all power than Sen. Rand Paul. He did a GREAT job revealing the idiocy of Mayorkas and the mendacious 'Crat legions he commands.
This is exactly the worst possible outcome of those two decisions from the Bush 43 administration. I'm now leaning toward belief that Homeland Security should be disbanded as an independent department and its responsibilities distributed to the Defense Department and others.
