When I can't find some household item that we (I) use frequently and ask if she knows where it might be, she defensively says, "I put it away". The translation for this is, "I found it in a place I didn't like so I hid it". Sometimes she can't remember where she "put it away" and we end up having to search for it. That being said, I still adore her (mostly).
