Dee, I, too, observe history. I have gold and I have a safe deposit box, but the gold ain't in it. All that is in the box is a copy of my will and some jewelry for my granddaughters. The gold is safely stored beyond the reach of the government. I am reasonably well off and I am diversified. The government cannot destroy my financial life. They could make a helluva mess of it, but not destroy it. It's comforting. Take care, Russ
