The problem with that is none of the people arrested for rioting in DC on Jan 6th 2021 were charged with much less convicted of insurrection. So, I wonder how one convicts a former president of acting to cause insurrection when QED there was no insurrection - only a riot which was either spontaneous or encouraged by government moles infiltrated into the ranks of the rioters (fomenting violence themselves).
