I would not say most, nor have I read most from medical spources on line or heard so, on Fox. Rather SOME vaccinated people have breathrough cases in spite of innoculation which is to be expected with mutations - new strains plus the fact that this one is so contageous. Vaccination still helps in reducing the severity.
