...expressing one's own ridiculous, paranoid, morbid fantasies as facts. At least in this case, the liar tacitly acknowledges that he's lying. Most often 'Crats expressing similar such nonsense intend their lies to be weapons from an arsenal of mendacity. IOW, they lie to convince others of something they know to be unlikely, or untrue. At the very least, all other issues aside, the likely side-effect of KR's bravery in the face of attempted murder - is that the world is two-assholes lighter, with a third winged, and millions of sympathizers are rethinking attending the next 'Crat-sponsored riot in person.
